The Pecan Trail PTO is dedicated to helping to provide staff and students with the best school environment and education that we can. Our efforts support the staff with funds that provide valuable resources for classrooms, teams and departments. We show our appreciation for all the hard work that the staff at Pecan Trail puts in, and the dedication to our children that they bring to the classrooms daily. We strive to enrich the educational lives of our students through financial support, volunteer hours, and educational experiences.
None of these things would be possible without the financial support of our wonderful parents, and sponsors. The Tackle the Trail fundraiser is a way for our students to get involved and help us raise money for the benefit of all at Pecan Trail.
This year things will look different than in past years, as we are unable to have an event-based fundraiser. The good news is that we were already working on new plans for this year's fundraiser before COVID changed our plans. We are still excited to Tackle the Trail this year and will release more information as soon as we can.
This year, Tackle the Trail will run from October 14 - October 23.
This year, the model of our fundraising will change and will not be event-based. More information is coming!
Although we have changed the structure of our fundraiser, we are not changing our partnership with Boosterthon. We will still use the Boosterthon online platform to collect credit card donations. However, you can still send in cash or checks to the school. If you are donating on behalf of a student, please include their name, grade, and Advisory teacher so they receive credit for your donation.
